New Biodiesel Auction Site Changes the Way Renewable Fuel Is Bought and Sold
In January 2008, a revolutionary new website was launched that will forever change the biodiesel industry. Fillmore Fuels is the first biodiesel related auction website to hit the market. In today's renewable fuel market, there is a great divide between the individual consumer or home-brewer and the large commercial businesses. Fillmore Fuels is leading the way in bridging that divide by not only establishing a marketplace for biodiesel related items to be bought and sold, but also by building a community where everyone can come together to share their knowledge and expertise.
Pros And Cons Of Hybrid Cars
With all the hype out right now about hybrid cars, you may be considering buying one. Before you do, you should consider the pros and cons of hybrid cars. What benefits can you expect to experience and what difficulties should you plan to face? Fuel Savings The first thing that comes to mind for most people when considering the pros and cons of hybrid cars is the possibility of saving money on fuel. With fuel efficiency between 30 and 60 mpg, this is definitely a consideration, particularly as fuel costs start to rise. Unfortunately, one of the downsides is that hybrid cars cost significantly more than non-hybrids. Some of this cost is offset by the fuel savings but, at current fuel costs, it is very difficult to make up the initi...

Natural Gas Cost Increases; Want to know more?
A Thorn in the Side for American Business and Consumers - Natural Gas Shortages and Cost Issues Natural Gas Issues and costs are tough on Americans and American Business. There have been many incentives for businesses and industries to use Natural Gas to assist in clean burning fuel. Natural Gas is a big issue. The DOE has some interesting studies on this; http://eia.doe.gov/emeu/mecs/trends/number_estab.htm . I received an email from the DOE. And Stephanie was good enough to point us to these sites: http://www.eia.doe.gov/emeu/mecs/mecs98/datatables/contents.html#fuel What this shows is that many industries will be adversely affected. This will hurt the United States position in the world markets for products and services putting us at a disadvantage. Also it will mean higher costs and mean increased inflation for consumers and many jobs lost by companies unable to compete. The worst part of it is the incentives previously given to businesses to switch to cleaner burning fuel and now those who complied and followed the responsible cause due to political pressure from the left are now the ones getting burned. Why? Due to the increased bureaucracy, regulations, NIMBY, who made the promises in the first place. This is nearly as bad a play from the liberal left as the eco-terrorists destroying buildings and putting tons of CO2 and combusted material into the atmosphere? Now that is special. What a contradiction cause a fire to stop pollution? Can anybody see what we are doing to our infrastructures which are already over taxed?
